The Najm Research Competition
An annual competition for the best piece of student research, with cash prizes and the chance to publish in the university's academic journal.
The activity ran as part of the foundation's annual programme at Tishreen University, with the student chapter at the Deanship of Scientific Research. The programme was designed to be as practical as possible: a short talk, then an open discussion, then work in small groups.
Those attending took part in hands-on exercises and left with a short plan of their own. This activity runs regularly, and its dates are posted on the activities page and in the newsletter.
